Anyagkapcsolatok

Hétvégén Szentendrén voltam, a kis havi ötvös továbbképzésemen. Anyagkapcsolatok témában alkothattunk szabadon. Szombaton egy tőlem meglehetősen távol álló anyagból, műanyagból készítettem egy medált. Sárgarézzel kombináltam és csővel szegecseltem, a rétegeket szintén csövek választják el egymástól. A végeredmény ugyanannyira távol áll tőlem, mint a kiinduló anyag, azt hiszem az első próbám egyben az utolsó is lett műanyaggal...

A vasárnapi munkám egy ezüstből és diófából készült fás medál. Ennél is szegecseléssel rögzítettem az ezüstöt a fához, ez elölről egyáltalán nem látszik, a hátulján van 4 pici pötty. Ezt a medált anyagában és stílusában is teljesen a magaménak érzem.

Öntött gyűrű gyönggyel

Talán szokatlan tőlem ez a robosztus gyűrű, egy új technika első darabja. (Összesen három gyűrű készült az első viasz farigcsálás-öntés során, megmutatom majd a másik kettőt is.)
Azt hittem előtte, hogy ez egy milyen egyszerű és gyors technika - hát nem. Fél napig készült a viaszminta, majd az öntés után még egy nap volt, míg befejeztem a gyűrűt...
